Emporio Sicilia is an online marketplace that, in order to spread the Sicilian food and wine tradition, brings to the tables of its customers the taste and freshness of handmade products.
Emporio Sicilia turned to us at tagMa for support in strengthening its business. For this reason, we worked on the creation and development of a new E-Commerce platform.
We have worked on the development of brand identity, planning a strategy that communicates the values of the brand. Also, we aimed at a specific positioning of the brand in the minds of potential lovers. In addition, to align the marketing strategy with business objectives, we created digital editorial plans designed for this goal.
To ensure perfect site indexing, we developed a digital marketing strategy. For this reason, we also took care of the creation of visual and textual content. We increased the visibility of the website by improving its online search position, through specific SEO strategies. In particular, we optimized the structure of the site, text content and monitoring of incoming and outgoing links. In this way, we achieved the first results in just over a month.
Specifically, we got an increase in the number of users of about 900%. This is a very positive result considering that the current percentage of new visitors is 83%. In addition, we largely achieved the planned objectives. In fact, the average session time is well in excess of the three minutes foreseen, while 60% of the traffic comes from organic sources. Considering that this is a newly created site, this percentage certainly shows a constant growth of organic traffic and, therefore, a further target perfectly achieved.
